Keto diet has some great health benefits such as lower body fat, brain clarity, and more tolerant of hunger. However, it is also one of the hardest diets to follow.

You will have to avoid sugar and any carbohydrate with a high glycemic index.

You might think it's hard to follow Keto and still make foods delicious.
Here let me share a simple Keto meal with you.

Ribeye steak:

Cook with organic virgin coconut oil. It is cold-pressed and unrefined to retain more nutrition. Coconut is one of the best foods for Keto.

It's also important to use grass-fed beef, because most beef in the United States is fed with GMO corn. Meat fed with GMO corn not only has low nutrition value, but it is also contaminated by carcinogenic weed killer.

Sauteed cauliflower:

I cooked this using the remaining coconut oil from cooking ribeye. For people who crave rice or pasta, cauliflower could be a good replacement for the Keto diet. If you are a beginner of any new diets, it's better to gradually replace your foods one by one instead of changing everything you eat in one meal.

Low glycemic index bread Ezekiel:

Although Keto diet requires you to have very little carbohydrate, it doesn't mean you can't enjoy any bread!
However, not every bread is created equal regarding Keto. Selecting your bread with a low glycemic index will protect you from the fluctuation of blood sugar and keep you in ketosis. Check this link for more information about this bread.
